Many of us get very busy throughout the day. In this world, you must be able to hustle to make a decent living. So while we are all in a rush, it is nice to have some tools that will help us keep everything organized. This is especially true if you are using an Android based smart phone. The Android app market is full of applications that will allow a busy person to keep track of the things that they have to do throughout the day. We have taken a look at these applications and we have picked the best of the bunch. These three applications will help you make sure that you do not forget anything while you are maintaining your busy schedule.
The first application that we will discuss seems to be the number one note taking application no matter what platform we are talking about. The application is called Evernote and it has some of the best features of any note taking software that is out there. The Evernote application has many features that you will love. First of all, it has a really smooth interface and the way that the program handles on the device is second to none. Also, you are very easily able to sync the device to the Evernote install on your home computer. This means that you will never have to worry about losing any information because the data is stored on a cloud server. As soon as you write something in the application on your phone, you can just as easily access the information that you just wrote on your home computer. This feature is great for people who have multiple computers that they use. If you are looking for an app that does everything then the Evernote Android app is the one for you.
While most people will write down or type out a note that they want to take, some people like to use their voice to dictate a note. There are a couple of applications on the Android that will do that but none is better than Voice Recorder. Sometimes it is just quicker for a person to verbally dictate the note instead of typing it. So it is great to have this option available to you on the phone. If you are a person that finds themselves on the go a lot with very little time to type, then this application is for you.
And the last application that we will discuss is a very good one. It is a simple app and is not like the Evernote app that we talked about earlier in the article. The application is called Take Note. The only job that this application does is to take the note that you want to write down and display it to you at a certain time. If you are the average person this type of application is all that you really need. This is a great way to be able to take simple notes while you are on the go.
If you are a very busy person or someone who just wants to jot down a shopping list, there are several applications on the Android that you can choose from.

If you’d like a tool for managing your time and projects, and that syncs with Evernote, you can use this application inspired by David Allen’s GTD:
http://www.Gtdagenda.com
You can use it to manage and prioritize your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.
Comes with a mobile version too, and with an Android app.
Thanks Dan, I used few others but will surly try your mention Apps!
Have looked at market and don’t see the same “voice recorder” that matches the pic you have shown. Any help?!?!
I have written a note taking app called “NoteAble” that can take
1) Voice notes
2) Text Notes
3) Image notes
In addition you can rename edit, delete, reorganize, search, encrypt and send your notes via mail.
Can you please review it and provide some feedback to me.
Thanks for your comments Debarshi, I’ll surly use it and will publish review of NoteAble.
The first beta of MobileNoter for Android will be available in November. This app can sync with MS OneNote.
PolishedCode‘s soon to be released NotesMappr (semantic note taking for Android) application takes note taking to a new level. NotesMappr has the ability to semantically link notes, that is, placing notes within their appropriate context in relation to each other.
Having context gives you a lot of benefits. For example, context enables both easy and quick discovery of information saving you time. Furthermore, context enables you to expand your knowledge without the risk of your knowledge becoming disjointed or fragmented.
Obviously, a set of notes, in and of itself is a valuable thing. However, said set of notes becomes much, much more valuable if the notes themselves are related in an appropriate manner.
