Reliance BIG TV Going to Introduce 6 New Interactive Services

Indian television market is one of the largest growing markets that has great potential for future, rightly is the reason big companies like Reliance is launching new services to get a piece of the developing market. Reliance Big TV was already popular among all DTH services for their HD DVR quality Set Top Box and extra channels like FX, Fox Crime etc. Now they are proceeding further towards making it more interactive so that the customers of Reliance Big TV can get the most of their service by introducing 6 new facilities pointed on this goal. The possible boost in subscription revenue that has been a great source of profit is the reason behind this improvement as predicted.

The new interactive services are not yet officially announced although rumors has its own way of spreading which envisaged the six interactive facilities that subscribers would get soon, listed as :

  1. iHolidays
  2. iMatrimony
  3. iShopping
  4. iJobs
  5. iProperty
  6. iEducation (not confirmed)

These services will launch as non-paid addition to current Big TV subscribers to facilitate with additional amusement but may turn into paid ones later depending upon the usage and demand. Reliance is also working on a tie-up that will ease the subscription package and give advantage to the customers by delivering free services such as these. The current Reliance Big TV subscribers are going to get their hands on these new services as additional facilities soon.

Their is no official information about it but as from our information it will be likely to introduce in 3rd Week of June!

I have complain about my BIG TV has signal lost. Custmer care representative tell me that our engineer will contact you and repair it. Is it chargable?

If your connection is less then 12 Months Old then you will not be charged otherwise you have pay service charge.
