The leading mobile brand Nokia announced a new mobile X2 for Indian market. The phone will be available in June 2010 and will have a price tag around Rs. 5500/-. The main difference of this mobile with similar Nokia models or any other phones will be that it has a 5MP camera with capability of shooting videos almost like in High Definition quality. The other features of the X2 is not out of the ordinary, aimed at the predecessor of X6 and X10, this mobile is designed to reach most of the regular mobile users in a cheap price.

The X2 will be displaying 320 x 240 pixel resolutions in a 2.2” QVGA TFT screen for multimedia enjoyment and video handling. The maximum color it will support is 260,000 in number.
Camera :
The main attraction of the mobile that is packed with a 5 MP Carl Zeiss Lens. The camera has autofocus capacity, capable of shooting HD quality. Camera is bundled with LED flash, Extended Depth of Focus (EDOF) & Noise Reduction for better usability. Highest Image Resolution is 2592 x 1544 pixels and it can zoom up to 4x digital.

Offers a sleek classy outlook, comes in Black/Red or Silver/Blue Color. There are dedicated music keys for Camera & Music on the side panel of the body.
Storage :
Bundled 48 MB Internal user memory, shared with inbuilt applications, resulting original 30 MB internal free storage space to use. The memory is expandable up to 16 GB via Micro-SD card for added file storing facility.
Connectivity :
Nokia X2 have Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, Wi-Fi, GPRS, EDGE and support TCP/IP protocol to be used as modem. Although it lacks 3G communication facility that is present in some cheaper sets like Nokia 2730 Classic. The mobile has micro USB support version 2.0 for PC linkage.
Interface :
It runs on Nokia Series 40 Platform, updatable firmware over the air (FOTA) has all the basic tools like converter, clock, opera mini etc. Also packed with dedicated shortcuts to social networking sites like Facebook & Flicker. X2 supports Emails, EMS, and MMS etc, also capable of customizing MS Outlook in the interface.

This attractive and sleek phone features a VGA camera, video recording and an FM radio.
It’s look good, i am going to purchase as soon as it will be launched in the market….
This Review is totally wrong… Neither X2 coes with wi-fi, neither it has carl zies lens nor autofocous…Kindly correct facts as it could mislead people.
