maybe you can help me with my airtel stb problem.I have had it for 8 months now.Now suddenly there is NO SIGNAL message.I have checked the dish and the line,seems to be ok.the dish is ok because it is a quad connection and the others seem to be ok.when i fixed another stb to the same line it works fine.Please let me know what could be the problem with the stb.i am abroad and hence cant call the airtel technician.

I purchased DVR form an agent, installed and waited for activation. Now this is the 4th day, nothing happened, called many places, but failed. Still the box laying at home as a toy. Who will help me. Yesterday the agents said it is because of the DVR box, will replace today morning. No call, no technician at this time, 6.15 pm. who cares!!!!!!
So do not buy this stupid box as a companion of an idiot box.

Excellent review, I was trying to find out if I could record using self care account at airtel.in and you seem to indicate that is so. The Airtel Helpline folks seem extremely clueless about it.

Thanks. One query though. What happens after 180 GB is full. Can some recorded programs be copied somewhere or have to be erased?
